l444 Terms and Conditions
By registering on the l444 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all the conditions below. You are therefore requested to read this document in full before becoming a member.
These terms and conditions were last updated in June 2025. l444 may amend these terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any changes are published, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.
General Provisions
l444 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangla-speaking users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between l444 and its members ("you" or "member"). Accessing the platform, creating an account, playing games, or using any service means these Terms apply automatically.
Alongside these Terms, you are advised to read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as these also form part of a single combined agreement.
l444 reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any change means the updated terms have been accepted.
Membership and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To register with l444, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. l444 may at any time request documents to verify age, and may restrict account activity until verification is complete.
2.2 Registration Conditions
Each member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, and any bonuses received may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
2.3 Account Security
Members are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. No third party may be given access to a member's account. If unauthorised use of an account is suspected, l444's support team must be notified immediately. l444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a member's failure to protect their account details.
2.4 Account Closure and Suspension
l444 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: providing false information, breaching these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other improper conduct. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount at l444 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks). Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to the account.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may vary if verification is required.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility
Members are responsible for providing correct payment details. l444 will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect information. In the case of suspicious transactions, l444 may hold the payment and carry out additional verification.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at l444, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.
4.2 Other Offers
l444 runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, birthday rewards, and refer-a-friend rewards. Each offer has its own eligibility conditions and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- A bonus is not free cash in any sense; meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before a withdrawal can be made.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the relevant offer's terms permit it.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, l444 may cancel the bonus and withdraw any benefits received.
- Withdrawal of any winnings from a bonus is not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
4.4 VIP Program
l444's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides a weekly cashback benefit, which returns a portion of the week's net losses. For example: if a Gold level member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Higher levels can be reached through consistent play.
Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Game Rules
A range of games is available on the l444 platform, including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the matter will be resolved according to the policies of l444 or the relevant game provider.
5.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for various games and betting markets. These limits are shown on the game page or before a bet is placed. l444 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Use of fraudulent software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other members to gain bonus benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
5.4 Sports Betting
Betting on various sports is available at l444, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and football. Betting odds may change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant rules.
Personal Data and Privacy
l444 collects, stores and uses members' personal data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy. Members' data is not sold to third parties; however, it may be shared where necessary for identity verification, payment processing, or compliance with legal obligations.
l444 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmissions secure. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely without risk, so members must also remain alert to protecting their own devices and networks.
Responsible Gaming

- Any inconvenience caused by a fault with a member's own device.
- Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
l444 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the l444 platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of l444 or the relevant content provider. Copying, distributing, or using these for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited. Limited access rights are granted for personal and non-commercial use.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute arises between l444 and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, a recognised alternative dispute resolution process will be followed.
Integrity of the Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision, an enforceable provision consistent with the original purpose will apply. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between l444 and the member and replace any previous oral or written understandings.
